Minigrants awards ceremony on October 17 at our Pétrusse headquarters
The 2024 Minigrants campaign, which allows ArcelorMittal employees based in Luxembourg to apply for funding for a project developed by an association in which they are volunteers, took place from April to June.
This year, 23 applications were submitted for projects as varied as they were exciting: inclusion of people with disabilities, combating the exclusion of the elderly, education, legal aid for refugees, aid for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Eight of them were selected to receive a grant from the Foundation in the presence of Michel Wurth, President of ArcelorMittal Luxembourg and President of the ArcelorMittal Luxembourg Foundation, in the presence of the various associations. The fifteen projects that were not selected were recognized by a symbolic gesture from the Foundation. Almost €30,000 was thus distributed between the various associations.
